Thursday evenings playsense hosts a yoga series from 5 -6 pm, delivered by Kunga (certified yoga instructor and yoga instructor trainer) and Karen Lord (certified yoga instructor, pupil of Kunga's, and has Down Syndrome). Great fun and relaxation! Open to anybody and everybody - kids. adults, special needs, neuro-typical, fit, less-than-fit (haha! that's me!), board members, Hopewell executive etc etc etc.
KidsAbility is always got new and exciting things up and running; follow this link for a calandar of upcoming events (i.e. moms addressing autism together; intro to swim; play who you are; choir; time for rhyme; a book about me; etc.)
For all those horticulturalists out there, two exciting opportunities are available: Spark of Brilliance, KidzCreate, Guelph Enabling Garders and KidsAbility are offering KidsGrow sessions in may, june and july.
